Our card is by invitation. Tell us who you are and we will read your request — if we can offer you a card, the invitation arrives by email. We cannot offer one to everybody, so this is a request and not a sign-up.
An invitation, if we send one, comes here.
We read every request and decide by hand. If the answer is yes, your invitation arrives by email — there is nothing to collect here.
